Alcohol Study - Massey

Study Information — What’s this all about?

Researchers at Massey University are conducting a study on alcohol advertising on social media. Examining its impacts and engagement with rangatahi and young people between the age of 16-24. The results of this study may inform alcohol policy in Aotearoa New Zealand. Everyone who takes part will receive a voucher of up to $110 as
koha for their time.

Can I take part?

If you:

Are between 16 and 24 years old
Have been on social media platforms in the last 30 days
Want to share your thoughts and experiences

Then you can take part.

how do i take part?

There are several ways to participate:

Share screenshots of alcohol advertising seen on social media - $60 gift voucher koha

Be part of in-person or online group discussions - $50 gift voucher koha

All of the above!

Participation is voluntary. You won't have to answer any questions that you don’t want to.
